Put it this way, why they are making excuses and excuses? They knew FDA won’t bite into this 20 years old technology. FDA will force them to go back to Phase 1. Then they knew it long time ago. All they do is buying time to dilute and just collect salaries and compensations for themselves. They are too old and no one want to hire them and they have no places to work for but they still need to feed their stomach and living in the luxury style so they knew this is a big ATM machine to make huge money for free plus lots of AEON and Kenny buddies here try to promote as much as they can. One of these days, SEC will catch it for sure
