Do you think this is good or bad for CV stock?

House passes coronavirus relief bill after Trump announces his support

I think it is good because they will spend money in the sector. If they do so, all stocks should move in sympathy. Other opinions suggest that this will ease the fear from the virus and will de crease the prices of CV stock.
