No dispute, but they really haven't started testing enough to say with any certainty? Either way this virus seems to be a possible opportunity to line private healthcare pockets. But that's just my skeptical side thinking outloud.

Anyhow, If you watched the Presidents show today he implied they wants all systems ready incase of a larger threat in the future and if this threats spreads they want to be ready.

Not sure if you are getting the big picture here. There are about 925,000 staffed hospital beds in this country that are typically 60-65% occupied on any given day. IF (and that's a big IF), this situation gets out of control, we will need EVERY bed available, even ones 100 miles away from any active cases.
