IMO: With 140 buildings and churches destroyed and countless homes,

there will NOT be any new construction in the area for a long time.

So anyone holding their breath for Brentwood to kick off anytime soon, slowly exhale and sit back;

until the contractors are fully satiated with the feeding frenzy, on the insurance gold rush.
