They know lot's of DECN news flows next week so they did it to get their bids filled. I saw it also. Betting on .20 plus just ahead on the next leg up. This month has been awesome. I don't like the shakeouts but the up days are insane gains.

Someone put up a 1 milly ask eod.. only reason anyone would do that is to shake folks... nobody with $70 grand to sell could be that dumb
