I believe the lockup period on the restricted shares would expire on June 25, 2020.

I would be more concerned about Costello obtaining stock from GRNF acquiring his fake companies such as Squad Drone etc.

That way Costello can say (although) it wouldn't be true that he has sold a single share of the 139 million shares.

Also, Costello could a pump and dump Attorney write a Rule 144 Opinion Letter to make his shares free trading immediately.
