Lol, yes doesn't work and not valid.

For one net income or loss rolls into equity so equity cannot equal liabilities if there is P&L activity and of you have revenue you have to have assets as that is the other side of the journal entry.

I'm guessing they somehow are counting debt issued as revenue but those statements are not valid, not in accordance with GAAP and potentially fraudulent
