that is why the FEDERAL GOV needs to help states and people who are DIRECTLY impacted

(not tax cuts to everyone working !!)

a solid 10 or 20 million people badly hurt re jobs or having to stay home or ?

extend food stamps
extend Medicaid (helps docs and hospitals too)
extend tax filing
extend and expand (larger definitions or reasons or) unemployment insu
extend and expand SBA stuff

everything BIG and BIGGER and very - I mean very -- focused on those getting crushed
