Chan doesn't need to sell is common stock, he just steals the money directly from DSS into one of his 17 other shells. He is the master of the shell game it seems. It takes me two days to unravel his press releases.
In the end he will control a US public shell for nothing. How will Chan even get the votes to buy this POS?? Who would be crazy enough to vote for this? Dss needs a 50%+ vote from common holders no?? I know I wouldn't vote for it. I'll keep the POS tech co that DSS currently owns. Give me a better option.
Stock acts like there is another secondary about to happen to get Chan more voting shares.....way too much pressure on the stock after yesterdays news.
