This is not about insulting a individual or his family. He signed the agreement and needs to honor it. The company fulfilled their obligation.

For someone to hold that many shares and have such disdain for the management it can have negative impact on the rest of the shareholder base.

Especially that he signed a agreement that states he cannot post anything negative on ihub or social media about the company or management.
