He exercised 11,177 shares and sold 4,677. The sale looks to me likely to be for taxes, which is commonly done after an options exercise. Why must everything any insider does here be reflexively twisted into a negative? Sometimes I wonder about certain posters who twist and speculate mostly negatively, which only makes the negativity self-fulfilling. That type of chronic posting is very irresponsible and only engenders negativity. Again, please be more responsible with what you post here.
