I agree with you that we must have a presentable face for marketing purposes. That is why I am suggesting to delete the unnecessary German language website so that the remaining English language website can be the presentable face for marketing.
Many of the projects that MDFY attempted should not have been started in the first place. It is better to have such projects deleted early when it is realised to be a mistake, rather than continue with them.
Right now, with the very limited resources, MDFY must have focus, and that focus must be on making the MedifyRemote project at the NHS a success. After this MedifyRemote project is successful, and MDFY has enough funds and other resources, then it can start to address other opportunities.
