Everybody must vote no on the split. The amex listing Visibility has done nothing for this company. The BOD DOES NOT HAVE OUR BEST INTEREST.. Were better off on the pinks..hundreds of company's on there with millions of dollars in revenues. With hefty share prices..this is a joke.
