Wow, if dilutive MM's on the ask, conversions to satisfy debt stated by the company and an increasing O/S do not mean dilution then I guess there is never any dilution at all on the OTC, right?
Dilution is a fact, does that mean the stock won't rebound? Of course not, doesn't mean it will either but to ignore the current situation is just naive.
Just like believing filings are coming, what filings? No one knows if they are going to issue a PR and they are not releasing any financials except the required 12.31 financials related to the prior business.
