Not sure what is funny about CGC insiders buying.. why wouldn't they cost average down? smh!! It could help the stock stabilize to some degree if insiders were buying ... They are NOT buying so that is an even BIGGER red flag NOT to BUY CGC !! Could we see high 10's today or tomorrow?
