Guess all the people from stock tweets move to investor hub. So what's going on here if someone give me a quick summary if not I'll do my own DD.

Arguments over whether or not there will be a junior-to-common conversion are a hot topic. If there is one then there is no reason to own any commons right now; owning prefs is a cheaper way to own the commons later.
