Spectrum knows how the other cohorts are doing, or at least can be inferred, from the dropout rate which is available from the CRO (has nothing to do w being blinded). For instance, cohort 1 was supposed to have 87 patients but wound up w 115 patients (note - from the waterfall plot they had ~86 evaluable patients which is near enough to what they originally intended). Why? Because of the dropout rate. The inference here is if patients are dropping out and need to be replaced Spectrum can get an idea if patients were on dose reduction/Holidays. So even though they are blinded, they have a strong inkling on what will be the outcome. If they told us the # of patients, we could get a sense of how the other cohorts are doing. If they had good news, wouldn't they want to give us that info at the March 18CC (assuming it's still on)?
