Kthomp, I believe the govt converted its tarp preferred stock to common at the same time and same terms as the other publicly held preferred -- they were on the same team. now we are not. And it doesn't likely work mathematically in terms of enough value for the govt, jr pref, and new investors if the warrants are exercised after jr pref conversion, they would have to exercise first.
