Yup and still working on the Reg A that was filed in November, that was supposed to be "approved" at end of January, but there was a hiccup and now is ready to be filed again (or almost ready).......

$AXXA Acknowledgment received from one of the States for willingness to accept our Reg A+. Resubmitting back to Sec, Reg A soon. PCAOB Audit in works. If anyone is still buying into "not verifiable" story Flying Creek, Softsmart, Regent, MeinMotor easy find. Dir. Sallade in NYC!
