This is not true. They had a DISCUSSION about hypotheticals of a phase 3 trial. LOL

However, they do have a solid email paid pumping campaign this morning to drive the stock up. Very bearish behavior as companies that pay for pumps usually have insiders or people with lots of shares that want to DUMP.
