Her husband operates a cannabis-related company, and because this identifies as a cannabis-related ticker, If there are any objections to her overseeing the custodianship thru impartiality (raised thru fax or e-mail by the 13th), she will recuse herself.

The assigned judge is a female...her husband has business interests in the MJ industry. The business tied to the ticker is a MJ business. Though there isn't currently a conflict of interest, she is just advising the parties involved the opportunity to object if anyone feels there could be room for bias in the judge's decision. She's just offering it up to be fair and allow everyone involved to be informed of her husband's involvement in the industry. Basically, just to cover her butt.

In case you are unable to read the screenshot I attached to my post on your mobile...This is what was stated in the Minute order...

"Minute Order (3:00 AM) (Judicial Officer Allf, Nancy)
Minute Order: Disclosure

Minutes
03/10/2020 3:00 AM
- COURT FINDS after review the matter was commenced on February 4, 2020 seeking the appointment of custodian. The parties appear to have ties to the cannabis industry. The case was assigned to the Honorable Nancy L. Allf in Department 27. This minute order is being entered pursuant to Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct 2.11(A). Judge Allf s husband, David Thomas, owns an interest and is a managing member of an entity operating within the marijuana industry. Judge Allf and her husband keep their business and professional interests separate, and she has no knowledge regarding the potential facts of this case. As such, there is nothing to preclude Judge Allf s impartiality. This disclosure of her husband s business interest is made out of abundance of caution and as a courtesy to the parties. Should any party have an objection to Judge Allf presiding over this case, such objection may be made via fax or email to Department 27 by March 13, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Should any party object, Judge Allf will recuse herself from the case, which will then be randomly reassigned. CLERK'S NOTE: This Minute Order was electronically served by Courtroom Clerk, Nicole McDevitt, to all registered parties for Odyssey File & Serve. /nm 3/10/2020"
