5th circuit REMANDED case back to Judge Atlas for a judgement -- do we disagree about that?

Right now NWS STILL not been ruled to be illegal... sadly.

This ruling is very clear, government and FHFA are the mob,,, SCOTUS will not hear it and if they somehow do, they will bring down the hammer

This is a great piece of legal ruling in shareholders favor! My question is, why the heck doesn't it ever make a difference? Is that ruling being contested (appealed) by the government right now? If not, please see my question above. Seems like every lower court ruling is being held in limbo while the government fiddles away, delays, appeals, delay some more, create delays,,etc.

This isn't from any court ruling I have seen. Do you have a link to the document this is from?

It sure looks like a plaintiffs' complaint to me, rather than a ruling. If that's true, everything you highlighted is simply an allegation, not a court ruling.
