I find it highly unusual, when you have company officials, analysts and investors planning on a conference call within 25 minutes of the postponement. The company had to know ahead of time this was happening, probably even notified analysts.
Personally, better planning would have been in order but I don't have the luxury of working in the accounting dept. They could have chosen the 20th(Fri.) after close, so I'm not alarmed. I agree with the "get it right" comment.
