Maybe because spot gold dropped more than $11/oz? Now that Mexus is producing and selling gold, it matters.

I think it's sales to possibly shore up the difference to cover the note that is due. It would make sense they are making and selling gold a few investors might be willing to give one more time. Sell on open market for pp
