But maybe they would have to drop the PR on the national chain since they claimed it would be shipping very soon.

I don't think they will drop much prior to filings being 'completed'. Reasoning? Because if they drop a major PR for new investors to find them the newbies will likely discover the 'Delinquent Reporting' and question why they are behind. Not worth the risk at this point...just wait a few more weeks and then...BOOM!

No. They don’t have any news to drop. And regarding the 10k, they better be able to explain why this auditor filed (assuming they do) and the other said no way. Also, watch OS count - could be MUCH higher!
