To my knowledge GERS was never put on notice

the sec does not give advance notice of a suspension. atis knew and gers knows that they are seriously delinquent. gers could be suspended at any time.

GERS is in Federal court... ATIS simply can’t file because they were fraudulent when on valuation of IP purchased. GERS has a reasonable excuse... ATIS does not.
