that WAS the opinion of many "experts"...of course there were experts who thought there was still a chance..

MY opinion is that the day I heard about the outbreak occurring in a Chinese city of 11 million people, it was a done deal...it was going to spread and no one was going to be able to stop it...

when it comes out of the jungles of Africa like ebola, we have a shot at containment...

in a major metropolitan city of 11 mil people?...no way.. quarantine that many in that large a location?...it simply isn't possible..not even in china..

at the cost of lives...a lot of them...people are going to die and no one can prevent that...the rest will develop, to some degree, immunities...its been that way since the beginning of time...the weak, the sick, the old, succumb...
