My honest belief is the following:
When a company launches, there is alot of hype by traders that the process is quick and painless. Truth be told, the proper business planning takes a few years, from R&D to preparing a sales and marketing plan, to execution and growth.
Traders alot of times don't want to lock their money up in something long-term, as we see daily. Most chase the quick buck. Investors are longs, traders are shorts. Simple as that.
Invest in a company that you believe in and not want to make a quick buck, which in today's world, is the American Dream. While some get lucky, most lose.
