Yes, but look at his other ones.... trdx ran to over 2 cents.....pfms has already almost hit a penny..... they always run sooner or later, just have to have a lot of patience.....all there is to it. But that can be easier said then done.....

Also, some times a group will run them up in between the steps. Folks get bored waiting and sell them selves short and miss the bigger run.
