So, did you come up with any evidence the two toxic notes convertible in March have been paid off?

For the first one that is convertible early next week ($142K principle), the note can be paid off early "between 151 days and 180 days at 135% of the original principal amount plus interest." Probably close to $200K that would have to be forked over.

Has Mexus sold enough private placements to cover that? 16.5 oz. in gold certainly won't do it.
