Well I think your right. What I find interesting is Enersys going into our space for the first time. They say in June they will enter the home power market. Let's hope my two major assumptions are correct. Enersys stepped in before Virium had a chance to take over our assets. My speculation also is that they parked the technology with Monbat (for an eventual takeover) and told the judge that per our five year agreement when they enter our space they would deal with the stock holders and creditors and would be fair and reasonable with the situation. I dear friend Gold was right on top of this when he said some filings that were not made public occurred. As always this is only my opinions and not based on any facts!
