I suspect the hospitals are close to breakeven tho I doubt Rennova is able to service all debt from hospital revenue alone. With CD dropping 23 mill that may have been to wash some debt as a good portion of CDs advances was to carry the facilities until Medicare Medicaid paid. Seems to me last Q showed 45 million in recievables.
