A condition to closing is that IDAD will complete a private placement of its securities with net proceeds to the Company of at least $1.5 million.


Lmao here I was, sitting here thinking we might be part of a R/M worth 100X this, and now we won't even get a merger unless this POS shell can raise $1.5M hahahahahah WOWWWW, what a bummer. I really thought this was going to be something worthwhile. What an idiot I am!
