Note that RSHN claims the deal is worth $3.5mil, BUT! if one does math, the deal is 250,000 shares at today's price of $9.50 = $2,375,000 So over a million of value has been stripped already! Are the shares restricted? By the time restriction has passed there could be zero value to this deal! Thoughts?
