Complete and total horseshit. You and POS Squires can't provide the GPS coordinates because no such facility is being built. Satellite imagery of the Tech City only shows a gravel pile which almost certainly would be for another facility. There isn't even a portajohn for a single construction worker.

Furthermore, QD solar cells do not exist as a commercially viable product. None have ever been demonstrated outside a lab because they do not exist for practical applications. A factory to produce a product that does not exist would have no purpose. Basically, you are claiming the Indians are insane because they are building a factory to produce a product that only exists as a figment of their imagination.

Our JV will be producing thousands of meters of QDSC before all the jonnie-come-latelys have funding.

This would be quite a feat since the product does not exist.
