The SEC has also issued a warning about Coronavirus scams.

Let's see if the OWCP clowns have invented a vaccine for the Coronavirus.

"The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy is issuing this Investor Alert to warn investors about investment frauds involving claims that a company’s products or services will be used to help stop the coronavirus outbreak.

Fraudsters often use the latest news developments to lure investors into scams. We have become aware of a number of Internet promotions, including on social media, claiming that the products or services of publicly-traded companies can prevent, detect, or cure coronavirus, and that the stock of these companies will dramatically increase in value as a result. The promotions often take the form of so-called “research reports” and make predictions of a specific “target price.” We urge investors to be wary of these promotions, and to be aware of the substantial potential for fraud at this time."

I can see Pinky and the Brain (Bignitz and Friedland) plotting a new pump and about the Coronavirus.

The OWCP scam provides the investment community a never ending source of amusement.

OWC has never been in the vaccine business or immune therapy business. The desire for cannabis solutions to psoriasis, MM, chronic pain, PTSD, and ED continues on. People with these problems will seek any and all news that pertains to their issues.

People choose what they want to read and watch. People who follow the cannabis movement know where to find that news. The news about everything unrelated to that virus continues 24/7 every day. I read all the headlines and more, and mostly skip over the CV stuff. It's killing some people with compromised health and people over 60 just like the flu does every year. That population has reason to be be vigilant.

Right now it's coronavirus that's garnering all the headlines. If we have nothing to offer in that marketplace, anything we have to say will be buried in all the news about coronavirus. I'm not suggesting the company not release things like the quarterly on time, but if we were getting a letter from Hirsch, it might actually be better to wait for some of the coronavirus news to die down.

On the other hand, if the company believes anything they've created with cannabis could be of benefit with coronavirus, get that information out.
