OK, I admit it - I struggle with anxiety too. This whole Coronavirus thing is unnerving! Some of my kid's schools are considering closing or trying "distance learning". My 401K is horrifying to look at. Drivers seem extra aggressive or maybe I'm hyper sensitive. Or maybe we're all just stressed out). TV news seems to be all Coronavirus, all the time, with an occasional break for election chaos reports. Yeah...

As a person of faith, I found this pastor's blog entry to be particularly helpful. Perhaps some of you will as well.
