No argument there. He seems to be implying that shareholders won't get anything unless the creditors are made whole. On that point most everyone agrees.
If he's saying/thinking something good is coming, then your 5th and 6th rounds (and prolly 1-4 as well, but I ain't got da patience to follow along that well) saying he must be implying that something is coming, somehow, some way, sometime.... but hell if anyone knows why, where, or when, and from whom .
Logic does seem to be out the winders....which would make for bloody stains on the tarmac below
