You are incorrect in my opinion.

As I've stated on this board before (and nobody has to believe me if they don't want), RJ Dailey told me (in a phone conversation - I've never met the guy in person) in February 2017, that he "knows that NG is a horrible CEO", and that "she is going to be replaced eventually"...

So let me ask you this...

If he knows she's a horrible CEO...

Why did it take 2 years to replace her if that was the plan????

IMO, because the "grossly incompetent" CEO NG was there for a reason. That's right, the board knows damn well that she was incompetent, and wanted her there anyway. OR ELSE, THEY WOULD'VE GOTTEN RID OF HER LONG BEFORE. But they wanted her there as a demotion tactic. They want the Dump and Pump scheme. She was part of the board's plans. If you don't agree, fine, but you are wrong IMO.

I am agreeing with you that NG is a disaster. I am just saying that she was the disaster of a CEO on purpose. The board wanted this stock to be demoted. It's not like they wanted it pumped up.
