new, Quest'..est.-shares @-.0002= 940M and..@.0001=near 2-Bil. . need to sell shares and then the O.S needs incr and doing so slowly and why ..

..Most likely reason to slow walk decline in price and this being a reason for selling as well as the current note holders ..if correct logic and thinking here ?

So why in hurry to see red numbers in account with buys above the lowest which is .0001 is my question?
