They are adding value by finding more gold which courses the reverse adding value will increase the value of the company outstanding shares are what they are company or funds can lower that by buying in cousing the float to shrink am I wrong for thinking this

Not as directly as you may think, if the dilution is done to increase value. Then guess what? We increase in value. Just hope management works the proper balance. At least we know our management team has a very good track record.

So, tell me how this Company could have ever existed WITHOUT share dilution? There's no revenue stream for this company or most mining companies that aren't digging gold out of the ground yet. They're either in deep debt or have share dilution.

Keith N. didn't buy our existing properties with his good looks, the mining companies we got our properties from took FF shares. How do they pay the employees. Money raised through share dilution. Most of these mining companies ONLY exist by diluting their shares.

I was speaking to what the Company owns and has done to derisk our properties since we bought them. The fundamentals have actually improved since we acquired our properties. We have found more gold on our properties and the gold price has gone much higher since 2015.

Unfortunately the share price doesn't reflect it YET.
