I hope they did, if they sold shares on the spikes to .12....they were smart.....

It truly amazes me when people make a fuss about any public company selling shares.... Hello???? that's what they do...

Specially one that is developing in front of their eyes.... And has kept dillution to a minimum and used that stock and money to buy companies and grow....Buy equipment for various operations such as the pit and best jets....and sam's... They did not pocket it and run.... They are still here bigger and better...They are adding value to our PBLS... And I am sure the stock price will follow...

Look, PBLS b4 Katrina was nothing....they had a pit and they were in litigation and had a bankruptcy case in 2001 I believe....If you read the entire bankruptcy case and Paul Alonzo's deposition you would see the hard times this man and pbls went through.... They were staying alive and after I read that my respect for paul went up 100 fold.....

Now did pbls sell shares on katrina run? I think so too and I think it was smart if they did.....Look at what they did with the money further down in this post....

This is not a Google....this is a pinksheet penny stock....And it's the best pinksheet developing company on the market.... with real holdings and assets. It has been visited by many investors....myself included..... If you want a stock that is fully reporting and open you dont buy a pinky...If you want to be on the ground floor of something and willing to risk your capital, then you play the pinks.....

Since we had an OS of 300M before Katrina and an OS of 815M now. It would seem very obvious to me that we sold shares.

and yes IT IS LEGAL. Either show the board were it is illegal for a non-reporting pinksheet company to sell shares or quit spamming the board with it.
