It works because a person thinks it works. Cobra venom is a poison. Studies have shown in large dosages that are not fatal can treat certain medical concerns. The tiny amount (if there was any at all) of cobra venom in NPHC products or any other ingredients could not possibly "work". Please go to YouTube and search the CEO's name and listen to some of the claims.
