When people talk about the black markets share remember the legal system has been around for less than 2 years in Canada and has been rolled out extremely poorly and has already taken 1/4 of the market share. 5 years ago the black market had 100%. Imagine what will happen when the legal market is trying!
In addition, the USA has been “ legal” longer but they have a crazy system where they have to grow, process, distribute and sell everything state by state. Black market has no such restrictions. They do not build a new factory in each of the 50 states. They hide one factory and ship it across the country like a real business does when it is not hogtied by legislators.
