No market cap will not be the same, no way, no how, the only reason the market cap is lingering here is because the merger hasn't been finalized but the closer it gets to April-May timeline the ticker will trend up and once the merger is completed at which time it could be April, no later than May, the market cap should sit at 4-5 billion right after the merger, which the intrinsic value of the shares should sit at 120-140 dollars, at which time it will probably take up to 2 weeks for the ticker name change to NKLA. As for the warrants I wouldn't consider them at all, the best avenue for you is buy the stock if you believe in the management and their plans, more importantly their tech hold this ticker for at minimum 5 years if you want to retire with 30-50 thousand dollar investment.


The board member of Nikola and VTIQ have both agreed to the merger and now all up to Capital Markets to do the paperwork and complete the merger for them
