Financials should be filed in about a week for TRTC. OneQor is also supposed to file financials to complete the "merger".

Without financials "value" cannot be determined.

The main issue has been the every division is losing money under current management thus needs financing at a time nobody is willing to invest in something like TRTC anymore.
