16 days above 1 cent. 14 left until they clear that obstacle for a possible uplist to QB. Their filings need to be made current as well, I would imagine they'll have both the 10q and 10k current by April (10q hopefully next week, 10k coming shortly after)
If they're serious about uplisting the otcqb makes the most sense for an immediate next step. With the looming golden cross, possible elimination of toxic debt, bringing their filings current, the UK hospital trials coming to an end, additional orders for machines, and whatever else I'm forgetting... It's paving the way for an uplist. All of that combined in a relatively short time frame could really skyrocket the sp of pclt. Buckle up buttercups... This could get intense.
