That info isn't accurate. It's a good place to start but that's it. The float on 9-16-2005, 2,600,000, obviously is at least 4 times that based on the forward stock split. Also the AS are probably more like 400,000,000 and not 400,000. If you posted this to tell me "particulars", I meant particulars of the deal, as every deal is unique. I still say $1-$2 as of right now with a lack of info.IMO
