They only PR when things are aligned and finalized, and save PR for actual newsworthy events.

I loathe it, to be honest. None of the good news ever makes it to where 99% of investors see it -- the frickin' brokerage that they're at! Literally 80% of our PR's never even make it to TD Ameritrade.
