Does SGRP HELP Costco and Walmart move and replenish stuff from shelves, or they just do initial design of the shelves and leave the merchants to do the rest. If the former, then SGRP will do better in times like these. If latter, then it is a wash.
SGRP I’m not seeing the tailwinds here because people are shopping at Costco.
It’s simply not plausible that a blip in hand sanitizer and toilet paper is somehow going to represent a surge in business for them.
I think they are much more likely to be harmed by less overall consumer activity, product sourcing issues leading to empty shelves and of course the ongoing background effect of amazon eroding their customers business.
Not horribly expensive though I guess if their results are sustainable.
